Open for business tomorrow !!!

We are back in business !

After another long day of  cleaning we are just about there.

We will be open tomorrow.

Sheer determination was not going to let Mother Nature hold us back.

Venture out and see us we would love to see you .

To all affected by the floods are thoughts are with you.

Gallery flooded today

We were not immune to the perils of nature today, like most of eastern Australia.
5 inches of rain in a few hours led to torrents of water coming down the mountains behind and into the gallery.

We spent 4 hours sweeping water outdoors and have left the major cleanup until tomorrow if the roads are open. The roads were closed behind us on the way home tonight.

Luckily all art work was kept dry.

The garden art area was like a raging river for a while  and is a little worse for wear, but no real damage done.

Our thoughts go out to all affected by the floods especially those much worse off than us.

Edelweiss Gallery garden art area ...justa bit WETEdelweiss Gallery after hours of sweeping water this area and kitchen to go !Mark at other end of Edelweiss Gallery just about had enough!
